Terms of Wholesale

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a buyer or seller on Mr. Vyapari, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Wholesale. These terms strictly govern B2B (business-to-business) transactions only. Mr. Vyapari does not facilitate direct-to-consumer (B2C) retail transactions.
2. B2B Account Verification
All accounts must undergo a verification process. Buyers must provide valid business documentation (e.g., GSTIN, Shop License) to access wholesale prices and place orders. Sellers must be verified factories, distributors, or authorized brand owners. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate unverified or fraudulent accounts without notice.
3. Orders and Minimum Quantities
All orders are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) or Minimum Order Amounts as set by individual sellers. Placing an order constitutes a binding agreement to purchase. Cancellations are only permitted before the order is marked as "PROCESSING" by the seller.
4. Pricing and Platform Commission
Prices displayed are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. A standard platform commission (default 5%) is deducted from the seller's final payout for providing marketplace and logistics infrastructure. Mr. Vyapari may adjust commission rates per category, which will be communicated in the seller dashboard.
5. Dispute Resolution
Disputes regarding product quality, missing items, or delays must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Mr. Vyapari acts as an intermediary to facilitate resolution, but the primary liability for product quality rests with the seller.
